How to Prepare Your Home Before the Crew Arrives

To ensure our cleaners can work efficiently, we suggest taking these simple steps before the crew arrives:

• Secure Valuables: While our staff are background-verified and trustworthy, we recommend securing jewelry, cash, and sensitive documents in a locked drawer.
• Clear Surfaces: Clear clothes, toys, and papers from tables and countertops to allow our vacuuming and scrubbing machines to access all areas.
• Provide Access: Ensure that water and electricity are available, as our heavy floor single-disc scrubbers and wet vacuum cleaners require power.
• Inspect Afterwards: Plan to spend 15 minutes at the end of the cleaning process to walk through the property with our team supervisor to ensure everything meets your standards.
